Shipping policy
Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss.
Any firearms, magazines, receivers or restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Prior to making any purchases on the Gold Guns site, please confirm that your selected firearm, magazine or receiver is permissible in your locale. If the firearm is legal in your area, but the magazines are not, your firearm will be shipped without the magazines.
There are no replacements or partial refunds.
Gold Guns reserves the right to deny the sale of any product that does not comply with locale or state regulations.
Federal firearm laws prevent the sale of a firearm from any licensed dealer directly to an individual in another state. All firearms, or regulated firearm accessories must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer.
For in stock items, orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase.
For custom orders, an estimated time of completion will be provided to you. Once your custom order has been completed, your order will be processed within 24-48 hours and tracking will be provided to you.
During seasonal times, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping Methods
We will arrange for shipment of firearms to your chosen FFL dealers only, all other products may be shipped to you, and we will utilize a common carrier. We reserve the right to select the common carrier in our sole discretion.
If you are local to us, you can also contact us to arrange a time to pick up your order. For firearms, the customer placing the order online must be the person picking up. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST and Saturday 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier for shipment. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays or damages during shipping. For damage claims, you will need to work with your FFL to submit sufficient evidence of carrier damage. Note: Damage claims are very often denied by the carrier unless your FFL made a damage note at the time of delivery. We do our best to ensure the items are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage.
